The Money Workshop

On Sunday, we attended at the Mother Care workshop and we learned about money. First, we listened to teacher Fitz. Second our activity was to use our money to buy crayons. It costs ten pesos. Third, teacher Fitz said that we color the picture of a flower to earn money. Then we learned about needs and wants and we knew that needs are more important  than wants.

Next, teacher Fitz said that we put our money into the piggy bank. Then we went to the bank and deposit our money. Next, we asked questions to teacher Fitz so we will know what we will do and earn money too.

Then we reviewed the things we did today and we won a raffle and we ate snacks. I ate three burgers and that’s the end of our workshop.

The Wedding

On Sunday, we know that it is the wedding today so we pack up our things and left. We got a long trip to go to the wedding. It took three hours to get there and we arrived just in time.

First, we asked the owner (resort staff) for our room. Our room number was 210 and it was nice. Then we went to the beach (restaurant area) and play chess and I brought my magnifying glasses (lens) and I can burn a leaf. Then we went to the beach and watched the wedding. Later on, we let the (sky) lanterns fly. My favorite part was flying all those lanterns.

The next day, we rode the boat (motorized banca) and we went to the other island. We travelled 30 minutes to and from that place. I got bitten by small jellyfish and I was not afraid to swim in the deep (Rowin: we have floating vest on ourselves),

Holy Carabao

On Friday, we went to the Holy Carabao and I have fun in there.

First, our teacher show us the carabao and the horse. She said that before we do something fun, we all need rules. We listened and played for a (few) minutes while waiting for the horse and carabao. Then we saw the carabao (with cart) and horses and we rode them. We rode the carabao first, then the horse.

Second, we tried to go ziplining and it was an awesome experience. I also have a photo taken with the tractor and the truck.

Third, we carefully fed the rabbits and guinea pigs and played with them but we do not go near the other animals. Fourth, we went fishing. They taught us how to fish and I did catch a fish! Fifth, the teacher also taught us to ride a boat.

My most exciting activity was the zipline. I was brave because I got safety gears and I held tight so I did not fall.

My field-trip was an awesome experience and the farm is vast. And a lot of people inhabit the place because it is cool.
